At the Regional Multicultural Magnet School (RMMS), our mission is to foster cultural understanding, respect, and empathy while empowering students to become compassionate, confident leaders. We believe that when children learn to see the world through multiple perspectives, they also discover their own power to create change.
Our Purpose
RMMS provides a bilingual, multicultural education that helps students become both bilingual and biliterate, preparing them to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world. Through our hands-on, project-based learning approach, students explore real-world challenges, collaborate with their peers, and use their voices to make a difference in their communities.
We talk about issues here like global warming and awareness, and that's not something you usually hear about in an elementary school. They're giving students exposure to real life while still encouraging them to grow and change. Former Student & Volunteer
Our Vision for the Future
As RMMS expands to include grades 2-8, our mission continues to grow with our students. We're preparing the next generation of middle schoolers for success through small class sizes, dedicated teachers, and opportunities that build independence, confidence, and collaboration.
