Who We Are and What We Do

COMPASS is an advisory committee made up of RMMS parents/caregivers and school staff members. COMPASS meets monthly to learn about RMMS related topics and to share ideas and plans to help RMMS successfully meet its goals as a school. All parents/caregivers and staff are welcome to attend any meeting.

Mission

The mission of RMMS COMPASS, in partnership with the RMMS mission, is to:

Empower parents and caregivers with a forum to address the issues relevant to the success and longevity of the school;
Maintain a sense of community among the RMMS family;
Promote quality in education;
Foster overall school improvement;
Support the overall mission of RMMS; and
Encourage the enhancement of multiculturalism in all aspects of the RMMS experience.

When and Where We Meet

COMPASS meets on the second Thursday of every month (except July) from 5:45pm to 7:45 pm in the RMMS library. Childcare is available to children ages three years and up and is free of charge. Childcare is automatically offered so there is no need to call ahead for availability
